Hi, I'm Chloe, MedHub’s Weight Clinic manager.

Here at MedHub, we help our patients get results they never thought possible. We don't copy and paste our programmes, we build them around you to address your health risks and extend your life, all while looking and feeling better.

I coordinate your weight loss journey, pulling our team in to help with any challenges you face.

Our programmes begin with an Initial 1:1 Nutrition Consult. For some, this will be enough to set them in the right direction, for others, we suggest more detailed next steps depending on your needs.

    Typically, a safe and sustainable rate is 1-2 pounds (0.5-1 kg) per week.

    Our approach is designed to give you all the knowledge and education to sustain a healthy weight in the long term.

  • Yes, our weight management plans encourage a balanced diet, including carbohydrates from whole, unprocessed sources like grains, fruits and vegetables.

  • Our experienced team support food education and provides personalised guidance, including dietary plans, meal suggestions and shopping lists based on your preferences.

  • No. Supplements are not required for the weight management plans.

  • Yes, our program is inclusive and individually tailored to specific dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, religious and others.

  • Most of your results will be driven by your diet, but physical activity plays a role in helping boost your metabolism and develop a well-functioning and healthy body.

    We provide guidance on incorporating suitable physical activity into your routine, helping you achieve a healthy balance between diet and exercise for optimal results.

  • We provide motivation, regular check-ins and adjustments to your plan as needed.

    Continuous support and accountability are an integral part of our approach to ensure you stay motivated and on track throughout your weight management journey.

  • Our program has been developed so that individuals have a better relationship with food and learn about nutrition and weight management for life.

  • We aim to motivate you on the programme to avoid this from happening, but, if it does, we are unable to offer refunds.

    Your programme takes time to develop, and appointments are allocated to you from day one.

    This means we haven’t had the opportunity to work with someone else.

  • Depending on your cover, you may be entitled to claim all or a portion of the fee directly back from your health insurance.

    You can ask what insurance cover you have directly with your insurer.

    Each programme consists of 4 x 15-minute doctor consults, 2 X nurse consults, 2 blood analyses and 5 One-to-One Nutrition/Dietician consults.

    If you are a taxpayer, any amount not covered by your insurance may be eligible for a partial tax refund at the marginal rate.
