    1. Appointments cancelled with more than 12 hours’ notice will have their €30 deposit credited to them for a future booking within 6 months.

The non-refundable payment covers the cost of organising the patient file, lost staff time and other online service charges incurred resulting from an individual booking.

Refunds are issued by accounts every Friday. Depending on your bank it can take up to 10 working days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by then, please contact us.

  • We appreciate your feedback on our service and your experience. Please e-mail us with the details of your issue and outline what happened and what you would like to see happen in future. We only accept written complaints which are reviewed by the management team on the last Friday of every month. Following review, the relevant staff member will be in touch to discuss and respond to the issue. Please contact us to share your feedback.

  • Yes, we accept new patients. To become a new MedHub patient we request that you book a first registration consult where we can develop an understanding of your healthcare needs.

  • All of our appointments are made online. You can choose the nearest available appointment or your preferred doctor here. Alternatively, you can directly book one of our special clinical services via our homepage. If you are unable to make your appointment, please use the reschedule or cancel appointment button on your appointment confirmation e-mail.

You can ask what insurance cover you have directly with your insurer. If you are a taxpayer, any amount not covered by your insurance may be eligible for a partial tax refund. You can find out more on revenue.ie.

  • Each appointment slot is either 15 or 30 minutes depending on the service booked and our clinicians endeavour to run on time. If you require more time, i.e., have a complex issue to discuss with the doctor, it may be necessary to make 2 separate appointments to cover your requirements. If you are booking in for a specific test or procedure, please let us know so we can adjust the length of the appointment time accordingly.

  • Please arrive at the clinic a few minutes before your appointment time.

  • We will try to see you at your allocated appointment time, but please allow yourself longer in case an urgent or unexpected issue has arisen with a patient before you and the clinician is running slightly behind.
